How to use:
*Glitter Eyeliner:
-The thin-tipped eyeliner brush gives you control and creates precise fine lines.
-Wear it alone or apply it over Urban Decay’s 24/7 Glide-On Waterproof Eye Pencil or 24/7 Inks Easy Ergonomic Liquid Eyeliner Pen (each sold separately).
*Sparkly Cat Eye:
-Start from the inner corner and draw along the upper lash line.
-Extend the line past the outer corner with a diagonal flick upwards.
-Draw a second line from the end of the flick down to the first line, then fill in the wing.
*All-Over Glitter Eyeshadow Topper:
-Use the side of the brush to sweep sparkles all over your lids.
-Wear alone or on top of your favorite.
