3. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, a photo of the product, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

 

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed if the items are damaged or if a mistake has occurred with your order.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit.
  • If the product is not eligible for a refund, we will notify you via email.

 

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
