Shipping policy

1. Shipping Timeframe

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
• Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days from the shipping date.
• Express delivery is usually between 1-2 business days, depending on the location.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

2. Shipping Fees

• Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

 

3. Delivery Areas

• We deliver all across Lebanon.
• Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

 

4. Order Processing & Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message (SMS or email) with tracking details (if available).
• If you do not receive your order within 5 business days, please contact us.

 

5. Failed or Missed Deliveries

• If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no response from the recipient, a re-delivery fee may apply.
  
• If multiple attempts to deliver and failed, than order will be canceled.

 

6. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
• We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund based on our policy.
