STILA Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow

What it is: A brilliant long-wearing liquid glitter eyeshadow.

Glitter & Glow combines the perfect mix of pearl and glitter to lavish eyes with incredible luster. With its uniquely lightweight, water-infused texture, it glides on effortlessly, then dries down smoothly, locking in maximum sparkle with minimal fallout, for eyes with a real “wow!” factor.

How to use: 

-Apply directly onto the desired eye area using the applicator wand.
-Wear it alone or over eyeshadow.

It is also cruelty free.

-Triethanolamine: Creates a barrier between your skin and the pearls to maximize comfort for barely-there wear.
-Glycerin: Conditioning ingredient known to hydrate the skin.
