How to use:

-Can be worn alone or layered over eye shadow.
-Apply directly to the eyelid using the applicator.
-Blend color using finger or brush until desired effect is achieved.
-For more intensity, smooth and blend additional color in layers.
-Use the applicator tip and apply to the lash line for the perfect eyeliner look.
