What it is: NYX Professional Make Up Shimmer Down Pigment adds a ton of twinkle to your eyes. Bursting with intense shimmer, this loose pigment is superfine and so soft that blending this sparkly stuff is effortless.  

How to use:

Prep your lids with Pigment Primer. Then apply and blend your favorite pigments using the Pro Flat Detail Brush or Dual Fiber Shading Brush.

It is also vegan and cruelty free.
