Step 2: LIFT: Slightly overline the center of the bottom lip line, then extend the liner upwards to the outer corners moving the liner inside the lip line.
Step 3: FILL: Softly diffuse & blend the lip pencil from the corners inward and finish with Ultra Suede® Lipstick.
